We plan to acquire and/or adapt 50 healthcare units, including profitable medium-sized outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home care businesses. With a consolidated base of over 2 million users and margins above the main players in the sector, we are looking for a successful exit either through a private sale or via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
