Andrés “Piki” Martínez

Independent Director

He is the Founder of Dr. Sonrisas. Andrés was born in Mexico City in 1985 and stayed there until he spent a year as a Collaborator with Regnum Christi in Chicago and Denver. When Piki finished, he moved to Monterrey to study Human Resources, but when he got his first job, he realized that there was something missing in his life, and he discovered that he was able to do something for others and that he didn’t want his history and memory to be summarized as strategic within a company, but rather there was a desire and longing for transcendence, that’s why he decided to take Dr. Sonrisas beyond just an experience, and thus, began to surround himself with people and companies that could help him to touch the lives of thousands of people in something beyond just a strategic objective, to impact positively through actions the lives of all people who came in contact with Dr. Sonrisas, whether it was a child, a mom, a volunteer, a mother, a volunteer, a donor or an entrepreneur. He is convinced that when we grow and form ourselves in an integral way,

we can have a bigger and better impact, not only in our own lives, but in the lives of all those who are in our reach. And that is why whenever he can, Andrés always finds the space for training and keeps learning so that he can apply it.
