Lawyer by profession with more than 17 years of experience in the health sector, from the legal and public affairs point of view, and MBA from Herriot-Watt University.
He collaborated for law firms and subsequently served as the General Counsel of the Mexican Trade Association of Pharmaceutical Research Industries (AMIIF), then in legal and government affairs for health sector companies including AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
In 2015 he founded the Firm CG&A, Legal and Public Affairs, of which he is the Managing Partner. He is an advisor to the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) for the Committee for a Single Economy. He negotiated, promoted, and led alongside member countries, the creation of the Medical Devices chapter within the Pacific Alliance (International Commercial Agreement) which today operates with excellent results in regulatory harmonization and commercial exchange.
In 2020 and 2021 he has been ranked as on the one of the best hundred lawyers in México by Tops México, Los Mejores Abogados en México.
