Eduardo is a Managing Partner InBest Capital. Before that, he was Managing Director for BBVA México from 2011 to 2020 overseeing company and government investments. 

He has proven track record on design, structure, and execution of investment banking transactions with more than 100 successful operations. Some of his key operations have been Sale of Hotel Group by USD 600 million (2020), Rasinni – Restructuring of debt (2020), OPA Rassini (2019), Structure and Finance of the 12 subway CDMX line, Coppel – Restructuring of debt by 36 billion pesos (2018), Subscription Fibra Prologis (2019) and IPO – Lala (2013).
