Medical doctor, epidemiologist and PhD in public health from Harvard University, he brings more than two decades of experience in implementing evidence based public health programs and policies at national and local levels. His strong planning, analytical, and team building skills, complement Fenix Group in unique manners, offering a population level public health perspective for understanding of needs and opportunities in creating and sustaining an innovative and disruptive high-quality health care delivery system in Mexico.

With ample knowledge of normative standards in health-related operations and occupational public health in Mexico, he also brings to the team strong data science, data systems and health related analytical skills. Arturo´s experience in implementing Enterprise Architecture for the design of IT systems and solutions will strongly contribute to ensuring the long-term Information Technology and Data Science goals for the Fenix group.
